Анотація
У наш час, який вважається постпандемічним періодом після COVID-19 (2020-2023рр.), спостерігається значне зростання вживання вейпів та електронних сигарет (ЕС) серед молоді віком 15-24 роки. Хоча виробники позиціонують ці продукти як менш шкідливу альтернативу традиційному курінню, вони пов'язані з серйозними ризиками: травмою легень (EVALI - E-cigarette or vaping product use-associated lung injury) та підвищеною вразливістю до респіраторних інфекцій через пошкодження епітелію [1]. Ослаблення імунітету після COVID-19 посилює ризики, зокрема OR=1.8-7 для зараження SARS-CoV-2 серед вейперів [3,6]. Спільне використання пристроїв (sharing) серед молоді сприяє передачі інфекцій через слину та аерозолі, роблячи вейпінг вектором для патогенів [21, 22]. Соціальні мережі нормалізують звичку через інфлюенсерів [4-8].
